How billing works
After our call we send your first invoice. Your first month or year starts the day your site is ready. Pay monthly, and the same amount is billed each month. Pay yearly, and it is billed once a year.
Extras you add start on your next bill. There is no setup fee. Payments go through Authorize.net. Your card details stay with them, never on our site.
Paying your first invoice means you agree to our Terms of Service.
Which level do we need?
Level 1 if your contracts hold only Federal Contract Information (FCI). Level 2 if you handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Your contract says which. Not sure? We help you check on a short call.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up your site and training your admin are included in every plan.
Do you certify us?
No. CMMC.Live helps you prepare, report your self-assessment and keep it up. Certification comes from an authorized assessor, when your contract asks for one.
Do you keep our documents?
CMMC.Live keeps your answers, notes and the drafts of your policies. Your evidence and anything holding CUI stay in your own approved storage.
Can we bring in work we have already done?
Yes. A spreadsheet of what you have done comes in, and you confirm each requirement with one press.
What help is included?
General help with CMMC and with using CMMC.Live, including how a requirement affects your software and devices, and the usual path to solve it. Anything more is agreed with you first.
We have no IT company. Can you help?
Yes. We recommend a partner and help you find the right one. If a partner isn’t practical for you, we arrange the hands-on work with you, and agree the work and price before anything starts.
How do we stop?
Tell us any time. On a monthly plan there is no contract: your plan ends when the month you already paid for ends. On a yearly plan, it ends when the year you paid for ends. Your site stays open 30 days after that, so you can download your reports and policies. Then it is deleted for good.
